• Moncrief-Neuhaus Athletic Center (MNC)
• Renovate most of the existing spaces on Level 2 to create a first-in-class recruiting operations space for the football program to include hospitality, office, and support services spaces for prospective recruits and current student-athletes, families, and staff. The primary scope of the project includes the demolition of existing rooms 2.423, 2.421, 2.425, 2.418, 2.419, 2.420, 2.425, 2.426, 2.428, 2.427, 2.424, 2.400, 2.401, 2.402, 2.403. Spaces adjacent to this project must remain intact. This project opens onto the recently completed SEZ expansion project Texas Football Entry Hall (2.200A) which must not be damaged in any way. The new spaces created will be (with approx SF): Greatroom (2973 SF), Platform (261 SF), Lounge (650 SF), Servery (597 SF), Storage (239 SF), IT/Storage (417 SF), Meeting (268 SF), Office (218 SF). Approximate interior total: 5623 SF.
• The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $2,250,000.00 to $2,500,000.00.
