Bid must be completed and submitted on the forms found within the Specifications.
Incomplete bid forms will invalidate the bid and the bid will be rejected and returned to the
bidder upon request. The right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids and to waive
all formalities is hereby reserved by Bryan Texas Utilities
In order to ensure a fair and public bid process, all questions or clarifications related to this
Request for Bid shall be addressed in writing, via the Brazos Valley Online Bidding Ionwave
