§ SEALED bids for Bid# 005-03-23 will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST, Wednesday, December 21, 2022 and publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. CST, same date via videoconference through Zoom at the link below.

Any bids received after 2:00 p.m. CST will not be considered. Sealed bids must be mailed/delivered to 205 E. 28 ^th Street . Emailed bids will not be accepted.

§ Bid must be completed and submitted on the forms found within the Specifications. Incomplete bid forms will invalidate the bid and the bid will be rejected and returned to the bidder upon request. The right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities is hereby reserved by Bryan Texas Utilities.
