Bid must be completed and submitted on the forms found within the Specifications. Incomplete bid forms will invalidate the bid and the bid will be rejected and returned to the bidder upon request. The right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities is hereby reserved by Bryan Texas Utilities

Awarded bidder will be responsible for providing traffic control measures as required by applicable governing authorities. All costs for traffic control must be included in bid amount.

Where applicable, the awarded bidder shall by acceptance of bid award, agree to follow all sections of the Brazos County Roadway Safety and Road Preservation Standards for Work Conducted in Brazos County Rights of Way and shall correct, at bidder’s expense, any issues related to the violation of those Standards.
In order to ensure a fair and public bid process,
