Estimated Project Amount is: 1,588,785.00

This project will install approximately 3,245 feet of 2-inch force main by open cut, 150 feet of 2-
inch force main by trechless methods, and equal quantities of 4-inch fiber optic conduit parallel to
the force main . The project will also install a lift station with electrical components within the
existing Carter Lake lagoon site. The contractor will be required to drain, fill, and grade to drain
lagoons once off line. Clearing and grubbing near residence home will be required and the
contractor will need to coordinate with home owners before clearing adjectent to their property.
The force main will begin at the lagoon site north of Carter Lake, extend southwest through an
existing City of College Station easement, and tie into an existing manhole near the Cul-de-sac at
the end Green Jay Drive.
