The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the following project in Montgomery County, The Woodlands, Texas:
CSP No. 23-0000-A Pressure Regulating Valve on Grogan's Mill Road (Woodland Division)

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
This project includes the construction/installation of a proposed Pressure Regulating Valve station on the west side of Grogan’s Mill Road north of Research Forest Drive, between Prosewood Drive and Tiffany Green Drive.
The work includes construction/installation of various components at Pressure Regulating Valve on Grogan’s Mill Road, including but not limited to Pressure Regulating Valve station, including vault, valves and all appurtenances, all piping, valves and TSVs required to connect to the existing 16-inch water line, and the 16-inch isolation valve between the two 8-inch connection points.
Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost: $ 80,000.
Estimated project schedule: Substantial Completion within 100 calendar days after NTP.
