The City of College Station is soliciting Proposals (RFP’s) from firms who are interested and qualified to provide financial feasibility analyses and business advisory services in connection with certain City projects, and potential new development and redevelopment opportunities, which may be appropriate for implementation through the Public Private Partnership (P3) project delivery method.
It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a consultant or consultants to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Proposal. The selected consultant(s) may be requested to perform on-going advisory services if a City project were to advance under a P3 delivery method.
