The Alief Independent School District is seeking competitive sealed proposals for
the replacement of existing HVAC and electrical equipment in the central plant of the Alief Ninth Grade Center, including but not limited to demolition and replacement of HVAC equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, water heaters, electrical switch board and panels, pumps, piping, and building management controls.
