Alief Independent School District is soliciting proposal pricing for a Demographic Study. The deadline for submission of proposals is September 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Your presence is not required at the bid opening. Faxed, Emailed or Late Proposals will not be accepted. All deliverables for this work must be completed by January 31, 2024.
DEMOGRAPHIC STUDY TO INCLUDE:

Full parcel database update with most current dataset (GIS) – including ownership update research of large un-developed parcels > 3 acres.

Re-align latest street files (GIS .lyr) to district planning use zone .lyrs ( e.g., align planning use zones to exact centerlines for accurate tallies).

Analyze past 5 years student downloads and provide detailed Grade by Grade and (Bilingual & Monolingual) Enrollment projections for each campus for next 10 years.

Provide research of all single-family home developers currently owning vacant land in district and any existing subdivisions under construction.

Provide Census migration data by campus and change maps showing school by school and district by district for comparisons from 2010-2020 to latest ACS survey.

Provide detail data from projections in tabular format as in parcel by parcel or subdivision/apartment complex projections for each of the 10 years forecasting.

Provide Hardcopy of all analysis (15 copies) and all data/files generated in electronic format as well.

rovide updated HGAC or newer TIF aerial photos of district.

Provide updated wall map with all subdivisions and apartment complexes named and shaded. Along with planning use zones outlined.
Submitting vendors must submit their Qualification Statements via the Response Attachment labeled "Response Documents".
