Alief Independent School District is soliciting proposal pricing for the category of Office & Library Supplies. Deadline for proposal and alternates is October 20, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., at which time the names of responders will be available. Your presence is not required. Faxed, Emailed or Late Proposals will not be accepted. Vendors must list and explain any/all minimum order requirements in the Supplier Notes section or by submitting a Response Attachment containing minimum order requirements. If requested, samples shall be delivered within 7 business days from date of request to the Alief ISD Purchasing Department at 12102 High Star, Houston, TX, 77072. Failure to supply correctly labeled samples for alternate offers may result in disqualification for that line item. Each sample shall be clearly tagged with supplier name, address and phone number, proposal number, proposal item number for which the sample is provided. AISD anticipates making contract award for this solicitation at the November 2023 board meeting.
