Award/Contract Approval:
This procurement, any award under this procurement, and the resulting contract, if any, is subject to approval by the AISD Board. Subsequent to required approval, the only person authorized to commit AISD contractually is the Superintendent or his designee. This solicitation is an invitation for sealed proposals and neither this solicitation nor the response or the proposal from any prospective proposer/contractor shall create a contractual relationship that would bind AISD until such time as both AISD and the selected proposer/contractor sign a legally binding contract, which includes, without limitation, the terms required by AISD.

Proposals will be publicly opened. To ensure on-time delivery of proposal, it is highly recommended that ample time be allowed for mailing. No faxed, e-mailed or late proposals will be accepted.
