Vendors must send a sample for all
alternate brand items

Samples are not required when bidding EXACT items specified
in Design Guide.
Failure to send
samples
for
alternate brand items
may result in disqualification for that line item

Samples shall be delivered no later than 12:00 pm August 8, 2023. Physical delivery of samples MUST be delivered to Alief ISD Warehouse, 12101 Seventh St., Houston, TX, 77072, DOCK 4. Mark as ATTN: PURCHASING DEPT., SAMPLES FOR RFP 2349 MEDICAL-ATHLETIC TRAINING SUPPLIES. Warehouse receiving hours are M-F, 8AM-3PM
. Each sample shall be clearly tagged to show the vendor's name, address and phone number, proposal number, and LINE AND ITEM number for which the sample is proposed.
The deadline for submission of proposal is August 8, 2023 at 2:00 p.m
. at which time the names of vendors submitting proposals will be available. Your presence at the bid opening is not required. Faxed, Emailed and Late Proposals will not be accepted. Vendors must list and explain any/all minimum order requirements in the Supplier Notes section or by submitting a Response Attachment with the requested information. We anticipate awarding this contract at the September 2023 School Board Meeting.
