Alief Independent School District is seeking catalog discount pricing for TEACHING SUPPLIES . This proposal applies to, but is not limited to, the following categories: INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES , BOOKS , SCIENCE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES , VOCATIONAL EQUIPMENT , TEST EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES . Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period, with the initial award to take place MARCH 20, 2018 . As proposals are received, they will be evaluated and either accepted or rejected by the District. Awarded vendors will be notified electronically. THIS IS A NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT , and as such, the District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Proposer.
