A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 4:00 PM local time on Monday, April 24, 2023, at Solar Prep Academy for Boys at JFK Learning Center. For all interested parties. This meeting is not mandatory, but the information discussed will be extremely helpful in the preparation of the proposal.
The site tour will take place at 4:00 PM on Monday, April 24, 2023, @ 1802 Moser Ave., Dallas, Texas 75206, meeting in the Auditorium immediately following, for all interested parties. This site tour is not mandatory, but the information discussed will be very helpful in preparing the proposal.

Part 2 - MWBE is due on Thursday, May 24, 2023, local time, at 3: 00 PM at the Linus D. Wright Administration Building -Construction Services office, 9400 N. Central Expwy, 8th Floor, Dallas, TX 75231
Any materials received after the respective closing dates/times will not be considered.
Addendum:
The District will open and read the names of the proposers and prices submitted in responsive CSPs beginning at 3:00 P.M. local time upon submittal of Part 2 of the Package, via Zoom.
