The City of Georgetown seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation (Offeror) with substantial and relevant experience and expertise to provide ongoing, comprehensive communication services for the City’s water resource planning and a new contract including, but not limited to: strategic communications plan development, message and creative development, media and public relations, and tracking of campaign elements.
The successful Offeror (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP.
