The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed Statement of Qualifications to provide Real Estate Appraisal Services on an as needed basis.
The successful respondent (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFQ, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFQ.
Sealed SOQs must be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at
