The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction of 880 LF of 16-Inch finished Waterline, 11,800 LF of 24-Inch finished Waterline, Combination Air Release Valves, Manholes, Pressure Relief Valve Vaults, Meter Vaults, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valves, Gate Valves, Drain/Flush Valves, Hot Tapping, Jack and Bore Crossings, Steel Casings and Appurtenances, Split Steel Casings and Appurtenances, Pavement Restoration, Gravel Surface Restoration, Tree Protection, Tree Removal, Erosion Control Measures, Electrical and Instrumentation Work as more fully described in the Drawings and the summary of work contained in Section CIP3.

If paper copies of the Bidding Documents are needed, CDM Smith can email the Bidding Documents to Bidder’s preferred Printing Company at Bidder’s expense. Bidders must register on the City of Georgetown’s bid web site – https://purchasing.georgetown.org/bid-information/. The date, time and place for the pre-bid conference are specified below and in Section 00100, Instructions to Bidders.
Bids may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at

on or before September 27, 2023
at 3:00 PM
and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Court, 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
