The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project:

San Gabriel Park Improvements, Phase 3

The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for park improvements covering an area approximately 25 acres in size that will include roadway and parking improvements, drainage improvements, picnic and barbeque pavilions, restrooms, picnic plaza, food truck pads, trails, open spaces, landscaping, coordination with concurrent construction of a skatepark and splashpad, and other miscellaneous items, as more fully described in the Drawings and the summary of work contained in Section 01100.

Plans, Bidding, and Contract Documents for use in preparing Bids will be available from Miller Blueprint, http://planroom.millerids.com 1000 E. 7th Street, Austin Texas 78702 for a non-refundable payment for the complete set of full size documents. This includes Plans, Bid Documents, and Project Manual. Order forms may be filled out by registering on Miller Blueprint planroom website. Documents will be prepared within 48 hours of request. Payment may be made in person or online. Half size sets are available.

Bids may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before March 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Complex, Purchasing Department, at 300-1 Industrial Avenue, Georgetown, Texas 78626.

Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
