Addendum No. 1 & 2
The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: Package 3: South Lake 42” Finished Water Line
The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction of approximately 9,490 LF of 42-inch ductile iron finished waterline via open trench methods, approximately 40 LF of 42-inch finished waterline in 54-inch steel casing via trenchless methods, air valve manholes, butterfly valves, drain valves, fire-hydrants and appurtenances as more fully described in the drawings and the summary of work contained in Section CIP3.
Bids may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at

on or before December 21, 2023
at 2:00 PM
and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Court, 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.

The project site which starts near 1505 Cross Creek Rd, Georgetown, TX 78728 routing as shown in the Drawings, will be available for inspection by prospective bidders on the afternoon of the pre-bid teleconference at 1:30 p.m. CST.
