The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from all qualified respondents to perform construction services of the Lake Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Emergency Power Supply System (EPSS) Project located at 3601 D.B. Wood Road, Georgetown, TX 78627.
The successful Offeror (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP.

Proposer's submitting proposals through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Security (sealed Proposal Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Opening. Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
