soliciting Sealed Competitive Proposals for construction of Berry Creek Wastewater Interceptor. This Request for Proposal contains the City’s standard contract terms, conditions and insurance requirements.

The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction of Berry Creek Wastewater Interceptor Project located at 3502 FM 971, Georgetown, Texas 78626, as more fully described in the Technical Specifications and Plan Set contained in Attachment A & B.
Proposals must be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at

on or before October 24, 2023
at 2:00 PM
and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
Proposer's submitting proposals through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Security (sealed Proposal Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Opening. Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Court, 510 W. 9th, Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.

Pre-Proposal meeting will be conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams, beginning at 10:00 AM CT on October 3, 2023. This meeting is mandatory. Any questions and answers addressed during the conference meeting will be issued in an addendum and posted on the City website.
The project site will be available for a site visit by prospective proposers on the afternoon of the pre-proposal meeting at 1:30 pm CT. The 1:30 pm site visit is not mandatory.
