The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: Parkside 4.0 MGD Pump Station
The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction water pump station at the Parkside Pumpstation site and a motor operated butterfly valve at the Escalera Ranch Elevated Water Storage Tank Site.
The Parkside Pump Station is a 4 MGD pump station inside the pedestal of an existing elevated storage tank. The work consists of providing all labor and materials for the construction of the pump station, electrical and instrumentation improvements, pavement restoration, site grading and restoration and miscellaneous items more fully described in the Drawings and Specifications.
A motor operated butterfly valve will be incorporated in the waterline at the Escalera Ranch Elevated Storage Tank (EST) site. The work also consists of electrical and instrumentation improvements, site grading and restoration as directed by the owner.

If paper copies of the Bidding Documents are needed, CDM Smith can email the Bidding Documents to Bidder’s preferred Printing Company at Bidder’s expense. Bidders must register on the City of Georgetown’s bid web site – https://purchasing.georgetown.org/bid-information/. The date, time and place for the pre-bid conference are specified below and in Section 00100, Instructions to Bidders.
Bids may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at

on or before March 23, 2023
at 2:00 PM
and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Complex, Purchasing Department, at 300-1 Industrial Avenue, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
