Bowman, Robinson, Wilson Middle Schools Synthetic Four Lane Track Addition

SCOPE OF WORK:

Project includes at Bowman Middle School build a new 4-lane, 300 meter running track; at Robinson Middle School build a new 4-lane, 400 meter running track; at Wilson Middle School remove the existing 4-lane, 400 yard running track and replace with a new 4-lane, 400 meter running track.

The estimated budget and Location:

Estimated Budget- $2,795,100 and $300,000 total owner's contingency ($100,000/school)
