The Plano ISD Partners in Education (PIE) program, in partnership with the Plano ISD Education Foundation, provides the connection to facilitate mutually beneficial relationships between the Plano Independent School District and its community partners.Since a partnership can look different for each business or community organization based on their initiatives and the district’s needs, there are many different ways to partner with Plano ISD.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from software vendors and implementation partners who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional and technical capabilities to provide a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that meets the needs of the PIE program.
Plano ISD serves approximately 49,000 students and has 74 schools over 100 square miles in Southwest Collin County.
The solution includes, but is not limited to the sale, integration, delivery, installation, maintenance, training, and support of this system. Proposal will include, without limitation, all labor, services, materials, insurance, licensing fees and any other costs necessary for the completion of this project.
Implementation of the solution is yet to be determined.
Plano ISD will not be responsible in any manner for costs incurred for the preparation of any information submitted by a respondent or for Plano ISD's use of that information.
Any Proposer needs to be willing to meet the stated current services as a minimum and clearly outline in their proposal any deviations from those stated in the Deviation and Exceptions attribute of this RFP.
TERM:
The contract term is for an initial one (1) year term.
This contract, upon agreement of both the successful vendor and the Plano ISD, will automatically renew in one (1) year increments until either party chooses not to renew with a ninety (90) day written notice.
