SCOPE OF WORK:

The scope of work encompasses various improvements, including the replacement of HVAC systems, a comprehensive renovation of the HVAC controls system, a marquee renovation, and the replacing components of the fire protection system. These renovations will contribute to the comfort, and functionality of the school, ensuring that students, staff, and visitors can thrive in a modern educational setting.

The estimated budget and Location:

Estimated Budget- $840,000 and $70,000 owner's contingency
