Mechanical and Electrical Building Systems, to include minor Structural and Roofing work, related to the replacement of existing air-cooled chillers, gas fired boilers, all chilled and heating water pumps, seven (7) chilled and heating water air handling units, associated roof mounted equipment, piping and ductwork, accessories and power supply revisions. One (1) gas fired roof top unit and new curb will be replaced in the Gymnasium. The existing automatic wet alarm valve assemblies at the fire riser header will be replaced. All existing HVAC controls will be replaced throughout the facility.
