SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope of work for this project includes several key components aimed at improving the school's infrastructure and enhancing the learning environment. The project encompasses the replacement of major mechanical HVAC components, updates to designated landscaping areas, a comprehensive renovation of the HVAC controls system, security system upgrades, and the renovation of flooring in specific marked areas.
The estimated budget and Location:

Estimated Budget- $1,900,000 plus $100,000 owner's contingency
