Hickey Elementary Systems and Compliance Project

SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope of work encompasses various improvements, including the replacement of major mechanical HVAC components, enhancements to restroom areas, a comprehensive renovation of the HVAC controls system, security system upgrades, and the installation of a new fire alarm system. These renovations will contribute to the overall safety, comfort, and functionality of the school, ensuring that students, staff, and visitors can thrive in a modern and secure educational setting.
The estimated budget and Location:

Estimated Budget- $1,800,000 plus $90,000 owner's contingency
