Plano Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for:
Beverly Elementary School HVAC Renovations
SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope of work involves a range of enhancements to the HVAC system in the central plant, encompassing the installation of condensing boilers, replacement and reconfiguration of the existing air-cooled chiller with a new one, adding an additional air-cooled chiller for redundancy, installation of hydronic pumps equipped with variable frequency drives, updating hydronic piping, and upgrading other central plant components. Additionally, the work includes replacing HVAC systems such as RTUs, FCUs, and split systems, along with a comprehensive overhaul of the HVAC controls system.
