2023-021 was formerly named Dry Van "Semi" Band Trailers and has been renamed to best reflect the purpose.

PURPOSE: The Plano Independent School District is seeking PROJECT PROPOSALS for the purchase of three (3) New & Unused 53' Trailers to be fully outfitted for use by our high schools as BAND TRAILERS for instruments and prop transport. (When implements, the trailers will to be pulled by semi tractors.) The District is looking for either a vendor with a turn-key solution -OR- vendors who will work together to coordinate the elements needed: 1) the trailers, 2) interior (and exterior if necessary) construction to allow for protective storage of musical instruments and band related equipment for transportation to events, and 3) exterior graphic wrap.
