The Plano Independent School District (Plano ISD and/or the District) is issuing a Public Request for Proposal from qualified firms to gather current market information for a Transportation Management System- School Bus Routing, GPS Tracking & Related Hardware and Fleet Maintenance.
Plano ISD serves approximately 49,000 students and has 72 schools over 100 square miles in Southwest Collin County.
The solution includes, but is not limited to, the sale, integration, delivery, installation, maintenance, training, and support of this system. Proposal will include, without limitation, all labor, services, materials, insurance, licensing fees and any other costs necessary for the completion of this project.
Implementation of the solution is yet to be determined.

Plano ISD will not be responsible in any manner for costs incurred for the preparation of any information submitted by a respondent or for Plano ISD's use of that information.
Any Proposer needs to be willing to meet the stated current services as a minimum and clearly outline in their proposal any deviations from those stated in the administrator requirements section of this RFP.
TERM:
The contract term is for an initial three (3) year term.
This contract, upon agreement of both the successful vendor and the Plano ISD, will automatically renew in one (1) year increments until either party chooses not to renew with a ninety (90) day written notice.
