The Plano ISD Administration Building is three-stories, and work will include the replacement of two chillers, roof replacement, and removal of an existing large skylight. Interior work will include new paint, new flooring on a portion of the 3
rd
floor, new LED lighting, new door hardware, new room signage, and restroom upgrades, entry resistant film.
The estimated construction budget is $5.8M

Construction to be completed in 4-5 phases while portions of the building are occupied
Substantial Completion of final phase: March 14, 2025
