The purpose of this project is to enhance our compensation services through the use of a sophisticated market survey tool that allows us to understand market trends, compensation patterns, and other related factors. The scope of this project includes all design, development, licensing, implementation, and training necessary to launch and establish a fully operational market survey tool. The proposed solution should meet the following requirements:

1. Compensation Survey management using third party vendor surveys

2. Robust and scalable to handle large volumes of data

3. Intuitive interface for easy use by Compensation services team members

4. Advanced analytics and reporting capabilities

5. Compliance with all relevant data privacy and security standards

6. Ability to integrate with existing systems
