AWARD SCHEDULE:

Recommendations will be made to the school board at the August, September, or October Regular Board Meeting. Awarded vendor will be notified via email at that time.

LENGTH OF CONTRACT:

Initial contract period will be Date of Award through Project End.

SPECIFICATIONS/SCOPE OF WORK:

The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide migration and implementation of Microsoft’s Office 365 hosted environment for its 2013 Exchange email system and the full suite of existing Microsoft Office products currently in use by District employees. Included in this project, the District will be upgrading its existing Microsoft server and workstation licenses. All work must be completed in accordance with all applicable standards, and other specifications, terms, and conditions as stated in this RFP. Please see "Proposal Specifications" attachment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. The successful respondent must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via e-mail.
2. Vendors shall not accept or process orders from any employee or representative of the District unless and until the vendor receives a valid Purchase Order from Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.
