AWARD SCHEDULE:

Recommendations will be made to the school board no later than the August 3, 2023 Regular Board Meeting. Awarded vendor(s) will be notified via email at that time.

LENGTH OF CONTRACT:

Initial contract period will be August 4, 2023 - August 3, 2024, with the option of four (4) one-year renewals. Final contract expiration after all renewals will be August 3, 2028.

SPECIFICATIONS/SCOPE OF WORK:

The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Career Tech Products and Services on an as needed basis.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. The successful respondent must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via e-mail.
2. Vendors shall not accept or process orders from any employee or representative of the District unless and until the vendor receives a valid Purchase Order from Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.
