SUMMARY:

Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD is soliciting bids for wireless access points through E-Rate. Form 470 #230009059

The District would like to look at two (2) options. Vendors are asked to submit proposals for Option A (9136I) or Option B (9166I) or Both, whichever preferred. Please see the attachment included with the tabs marked as such.

AWARD SCHEDULE:

Recommendations will be made to the school board no later than the March 2, 2023, Regular Board Meeting. Awarded vendor(s) will be notified via email at that time. The District reserves the right to award some, all or none of this proposal.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Respondents must submit all responses to this RFP via this online system. The District cannot accept any emailed responses.

2. All questions should be entered into this system.
3. Vendors shall not accept or process orders from any employee or representative of the District unless and until the vendor receives a valid Purchase Order from Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.
