The Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD is soliciting Statements for Qualifications (SOQ) for RFQ 2023-10-050 - Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) – Two-Step Process – 2023 Bond Projects.
This is a Two-Step process for an CMAR.

STEP 1 - Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

Offerers will be selected based on criteria presented in the specifications and a "short list" will be developed.
Short-listed Offerors will be notified for Step 2.
STEP 2 - Request for Proposals (RFP)
Offerors will receive information to submit pricing for select projects
Each selected offeror must bid on a minimum of 2 packages
A maximum of 3 construction packages may be awarded to one contractor
