AWARD SCHEDULE:
Recommendations will be made to the school board no later than the December 7, 2023 Regular Board Meeting. Awarded vendor(s) will be notified via email at that time.
LENGTH OF CONTRACT:
Initial contract period will be December 8, 2023 to December 7, 2024,
with the option of four (4) one-year renewals. Final contract expiration after all renewals will be December 7, 2028

SPECIFICATIONS/SCOPE OF WORK:
The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to Event Rentals, Products, & Services. This RFP covers but is not limited to: venues, furniture rental, tents, flowers, balloons, inflatables, costumes, props, DJ services, photographers, lighting/sound techs, event planners, etc.
This is a catalog bid that will qualify vendors for future needs and events. Proposals, quotes, estimates will be solicited from vendors when exact quantities/dates are known. Please attach current pricing when you submit your response.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. The successful respondent must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via e-mail.
2. Vendors shall not accept or process orders from any employee or representative of the District unless and until the vendor receives a valid Purchase Order from Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.
