AWARD SCHEDULE:
Recommendations will be made to the school board no later than the February, 1, 2024
Regular Board Meeting. Awarded vendor(s) will be notified via email at that time.
LENGTH OF CONTRACT:
Initial contract period will be February 2, 2024 - February 1, 2025, with the option of four (4) one-year renewals. Final contract expiration after all renewals will be February 1, 2029.
SPECIFICATIONS/SCOPE OF WORK:
The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide USDA approved Software for the Student Nutrition Services Department as specified in the RFP.
