AWARD SCHEDULE:

Recommendations will be made to the school board no later than the May 2, 2024 Regular Board Meeting. Awarded vendor(s) will be notified via email at that time.

Term of the Engagement:

Initial contract period will be May 3, 2024 through May 2, 2025, with the District's option to annually renew the contract through May 2030 or until the completion of all bond programs.

SPECIFICATIONS/SCOPE OF WORK:

A. Scope of the Construction Audit Service

The District desires to be proactive in assuring the success of the current bond program. The purpose of the Request for Qualifications is to obtain the services of a qualified firm to perform a construction audit in conjunction with the District's 2023 Bond program. The District’s overall objective is to maximize value from its construction investment, while minimizing overall risk to the District. Types of services are detailed in the Proposal Specifications under Scope of Proposal in the Attributes tab.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. The successful respondent must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via e-mail.
2. Vendors shall not accept or process orders from any employee or representative of the District unless and until the vendor receives a valid Purchase Order from Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.
