AWARD SCHEDULE:

Recommendations will be made to the school board at the June 6, 2024 Regular Board Meeting. Awarded vendor(s) will be notified via email at that time.

LENGTH OF CONTRACT:

Initial contract period will be June 7, 2024 to June 6, 2025, with the option of four (4) one-year renewals. Final contract expiration after all renewals will be June 6, 2029 .

SPECIFICATIONS/SCOPE OF WORK:

The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Student Nutrition Produce as specified in the line items .

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. The successful respondent must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via e-mail.
2. V endors shall not accept or process orders from any employee or representative of the District unless and until the vendor receives a valid Purchase Order from Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.
