The City of Grapevine is soliciting Best Value bids for an annual contract for janitorial services as described in the bid specifications. The contract will be for an initial one-year period with options to renew for nine additional one-year periods. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who provides the services at the BEST VALUE to the City of Grapevine as determined by the evaluation criteria stated in the bid
in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. Bidders must have a minimum of (10) ten years’ experience providing janitorial services in order to be eligible to submit proposals under this bid.
The intent is to award a primary annual contract to one bidder The annual contract start date will be sometime after City Council approves the award which will be in August, 2023. All questions regarding the terms, conditions or specifications of this bid must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. June 16, 2023 online through the eBid system.
Pre-bid site visits and walk throughs are highly recommended, they will be Wednesday June 14th and finish up on Thursday June 15th from 8:00 am till 12:00 pm each day. Public bid openings are suspended at this time due to the Service Center closure at 501 Shady Brook Drive.
