The City of Grapevine Public Works department is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for Hauling of Debris and Aggregates for projects performed by City crews to be used on an as-needed basis. This contract shall be for a fixed price and an initial one-year period with options to renew for four additional one-year periods. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible/responsive bidder meeting or exceeding specifications in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. The intent is to award to one vendor as an annual contract but may be awarded to multiple vendors if deemed in the best interest of the City. T
he annual contract start date will be sometime after City Council approves the award which will be in April 2023.
All questions regarding the terms, conditions or specifications of this bid must be submitted by
10:00 a.m. on March 31, 2023,
through the eBid system.
No Pre-Bid meeting is required.
Public bid openings are suspended at this time due to the Service Center closure at 501 Shady Brook Drive. All bid openings will be completed on schedule and witnessed by Purchasing staff to ensure all procurement statutes, policies and state laws are followed.
