The City of Grapevine is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for a fixed priced annual contract for Concrete Services including concrete curb, gutter and flatwork construction to be ordered on an as needed basis by the Public Works Department. The work shall include all items required and as outlined in the specifications of this bid document which are necessary for various projects. The awarded contractor will be required to provide all the necessary labor, material and services noted in the specifications.
This contract shall be for an initial one-year period with options to renew for four additional one-year periods. The annual contract start date will be sometime after City Council approves the award which will be in April, 2024. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting or exceeding specifications. The intent is to award one contract for the entire bid, but the City reserves the right to award multiple contracts to separate bidders if deemed in the best interest of the City that meet or exceed specifications in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8.

No Pre-Bid meeting is required. No Bid Bond is required.
Public bid openings are suspended at this time due to the Service Center closure at 501 Shady Brook Drive. All bid openings will be completed on schedule and witnessed by Purchasing staff to ensure all procurement statutes, policies and state laws are followed.
