The San Angelo Independent School District will receive a Request for Proposal on Bakery Products for the 2024-25 school year. This is for the period of August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025. The first day of school will be Wednesday, August 15, 2024.
This will be an all or none proposal. Awarded company must be able to directly deliver all products ordered
weekly
on Thursdays, and Mondays as ordered, to up to 24 campuses/sites in San Angelo, Texas.
All awards may be renewed for up to three additional twelve (12) month periods by written agreement between the District and the bidder.

All proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., April 16, 2024. Any proposal received after that time and date will not be considered. Bidders are invited to be present at the opening in person or via web meeting.
The District reserves the right to reject any proposal and/or all proposals, and to make awards as they may appear to be advantageous to the district.
Proposals received without proper signature(s) will not be accepted.
