Quotations received after this time will not be considered. Bid Delivery Requirements: Bid must be sent in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the RFP number and must be addressed to: City of Kyle Attn: William Paiz-Tabash Kyle Office of Emergency Management 100 W. Center Street, Kyle TX 78640 Quotation Format & Requirements: The written Quotation must include and provide the following: Quotation must clearly state the legal name, address, and telephone number of the entity submitting the sealed quotation in response to this RFQ. Quotation must be manually signed (electronic signature is not acceptable). The signer must have the authority to bind the entity to the submitted quotation. Failure to sign the quotation will invalidate the quotation and it will not be considered for award. Name of the manufacturer of the siren system. Model number of the system compoenents. Description of the siren system and include manufacturer’s product brochure, photos, test certifications, etc. Warranty information. Quoted price per unit. Price quoted per unit for the system must be the total price per unit installed. Quoted price per unit for Storm Siren System must be good for a minimum of sixty (60) days. Sealed quotations will be opened on Jan 2, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. Attendance is not required.
