The Woodlands Township is seeking to secure one or more Consultants that can assist with various materials testing needs that arise on projects for a period of 36 months (October 2023-September 2026). The most highly qualified Consultant(s) will be selected for a Master Professional Services Agreement that may be renewed annually, after the initial term, from which work orders for specific project assignments will be issued.
