The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for 2024.511 C3Studios Live Production Support & Maintenance, AV Classroom and Special Events Onsite Support. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek a maintenance, support and/or replacement for our C3Studios current equipment, provide AV Classroom equipment maintenance, support and/or replacement and to also provide on-site support for special events as needed. This is not an all-inclusive bid request and multiple vendors may be awarded to this contract.

The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031.

This RFP is due on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, by 2:00 pm . Late responses will not be considered - NO PAPER BID SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Last day for questions is Friday, November 17, 2023, by 12:00 pm. All questions will be answered in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered.

A nticipated Award of this Contract is January 2024, with three Additional Renewals.

To be considered a responsive offer, Vendors must REGISTER and RESPOND in Ionwave. No mail-in proposals will be considered.
