The Proposal Date shall be adjusted to Thursday December 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM. The entire Addendum is located in the "Attachments" Tab.
The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for Multi-Campus HVAC Upgrades Package A.
The District is utilizing the request for competitive sealed proposals method of procurement.
This RFP is due on December 14,2023 by 2:00 PM. Late responses will not be considered - NO PAPER BID SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference on Wednesday December 6th, 2023, at 10:00AM at the CCISD Central Support Facility, 2145 West Nasa Blvd, Webster, TX 77598.
The last day for questions is December 7th at 5:00 PM . All questions will be answered in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered.
A nticipated Award of this Contract is January 22, 2024.
To be considered a responsive offer, Vendors must REGISTER and RESPOND in Ionwave. No mail-in proposals will be considered.
