The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for RFP 2024.508 Next Generation Firewall. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to replace the firewalls between the internet and the school district, including firewalls, related hardware, software, professional services, training and documentation. The current system includes Palo Alto 5250 next generation firewalls. The new system will integrate with the existing CCISD network infrastructure.

The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031.

This RFP is due on Thursday, February 29, 2024, by 2:00 pm. Late responses will not be considered - NO PAPER BID SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Last day for questions is Wednesday, January 31, 2024, by 10:00 am. All questions will be answered in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered.

A nticipated Award of this Contract is March 25, 2024. There will be five (5) Additional Renewal Options:

Year 1 or Initial Year: April 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025

Year 2: October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026

Year 3: October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027

Year 4: October 1, 2027, through September 30, 2028

Year 5: October 1, 2028, through September 30, 2029
